Rakta Charitra 2 releases today

Rakta Charitra, India’s first biographical film to be released in two parts did phenomenally good in Andhra Pradesh, however Ram Gopal Varma’s magic couldn’t work much in other parts of the country, probably because of his earlier image perception in people’s mind.

 Anyway, after much anticipation, today the sequel to the first part Rakta Charitra 2 is releasing, movie will also mark the debut of southern superstar Surya in Bollywood. While Rakta Charitra talked about the story of slain political leader of rayalaseema region, Paritala Ravi, and his rise to the political clout, Rakta Charitra 2 will narrate the story of revenge of Suri Maddelacheruvu on Paritala Ravi and how he assassinated him.

The movie is said to be less violent than the first part. Wait more till our movie critic reviews the film

 He could well be holding a record for seeing number of his films from Tamil getting remade in Hindi. His Ghajini was an inspiration for none other than Amir Khan. His Kakka Kakka has currently caught an eye of John Araham. Also, his latest hit Singam would soon go on floors in Hindi with Ajay Devgn reprising the character. No wonder, when Surya himself makes his debut in Hindi, it is being keenly anticipated to check out what this man is all about. With the D-day just being a few hours away, Surya gets chatting with Joginder Tuteja on Rakta Charitra 2 (RC 2), his long standing desire of working with Ram Gopal Varma getting fulfilled and whether he is the hero or the villain in the film.
